菁英博士生壁報競賽
★參賽資格：依「菁英博士生遴選與獎勵辦法」，本校在學1至5年級博士生，由學院推薦。
★初選方式：由指導教授推薦，參加學院之初選。

★重要日期：初選收件截止－10/17(五)中午12:00前繳交至中醫系辦

口頭發表競賽日期－另行通知
★複選方式：
1.壁報比賽：壁報比賽當天須依照指定時段出席待命。
2.口頭報告競賽：遴選壁報成績排序前50%的學生參加口頭報告競賽。
8分鐘英文口頭報告及2分鐘問答，參賽學生於比賽當天應全程出席聆聽。
★地點與時間：海報展示競賽與口頭發表競賽之地點與確切時間研究生事務處將透過電子郵件公告。
★決賽獎金：第一名：新台幣 50,000 元
第二名：新台幣 30,000 元
第三名：新台幣 10,000 元
Elite Doctoral Student Award Competition 2025
★The guideline is based on the regulation of Elite Doctoral Student Award.
o Eligibility: All currently enrolled CMU 1st to 5th year doctoral students.
o Contestants must be nominated by their advisors. Recommendation letter from their advisor and statement of research accomplishment should be submitted for Initial Selection held by each college.
o The contestants who are selected and recommended by each college after the Initial Selection (i.e. Semi-finalists) are qualified to participate in the secondary Poster Presentation Contest. The Semi-finalists are expected to present their poster at the indicated time. The committee members of Elite Doctoral Student Award will be judges for the competition. The finalist will be selected according to the score ranking and advanced to the final oral contest.
o For the Final Oral Contest, finalists shall prepare slides and abstract (PDF format) in English and submit to the Office of Graduate Student Affairs in advance. The Oral Contest consists of 8 minutes of oral presentation about their research plus Q&A for 2 minutes.
★Important dates:
o The announcement of the Initial Selection: Oct. 29th, 2025
o Poster submission deadline: Oct. 31st ,2025
o The date of Poster Presentation Contest: will be separately notified.
o The date of Final Oral Contest: will be separately notified.
★The venue and the exact dates for Poster Presentation Contest and Oral Presentation will be announced via email.
★Prizes for Final Oral Contest*
o The First place: NTD$ 50,000
o The Second place: NTD$ 30,000
o The Third place: NTD$ 10,000
★Notices
o The poster will be printed out by the Office of Graduate Student Affairs with no additional costs.
o The contestants are expected to present their poster at the indicated time. The contestants must attend the contest. Otherwise your absence might affect your score in the contest.
o Semi-finalists are required to attend the entire oral contest.
o The poster may contain the information that has been presented at other meetings or conferences. The poster cannot contain the same content previously used in this contest.
o The contestant must follow research ethics and copyright regulations should be followed. Direct translation or plagiarism of the research paper is not permitted. All citations must be properly referenced.
